Life in China before Maya

Our precious addition

Maya is in the Guangdong province at the Xinhui orphanage. We will be leaving to get her on May 10th. We hope the Gotcha day will be on Mother's Day. We are excited to travel to China to pick up our little gem. We hope to return on May 26th. We hope to be able to share pictures and stories on this blog while we are gone. Patti is a computer illiterate and I am at a computer 1st grade reading level, so it may be a challenge. It might not be pretty, but we are thankful that at least Maya and Patti are. Talk to you soon.

Hey you self-described techno-morons, by the way--Happy Birthday Big Papa on Thursday, the real surprise will be waiting for you upon your return. Don't try to pry...the boys' lips are sealed.

Uncle Tony and Aunt Arline are looking forward to holding Maya - whether here or in Sturgeon Bay (looking forward to a summer jaunt). Perhaps Grandpa will bring the boys here to see The Trains while you are away! Best - the best - wishes for a wonderful trip - may you experience many wonders and joys but especially holding Maya in your arms!!
